The National Representative Committee of the International Martial Arts Confederation
The growth of the Martial Arts Olympics continues to broaden the scope of the Martial Arts Olympic Organizing Committee. To keep abreast of the growth and aid in the expansion of the event, the International Martial Arts Confederation created a National Representative Committee (NRC). The NRC is comprised of National Delegates, which will serve as a liaison between the Organizing Committee and the National Sportsmen.
The purpose of the National Representative will be to coordinate, develop and promote their National team. National Representatives will have the exclusive authority for the representation of sportsmen from their respective countries. Each National Representative will be obliged to participate in the Martial Arts Olympics by organizing and sending athletes. National teams should be comprised of athletes that span an array of competitions; and, involve the strongest sportsmen. The National Representative will oversee the National team selection process and assist in the preparation of their athletes for their participation in the event.
The International Martial Arts Confederation recruits and elects its members from applicants deemed qualified. Any interested candidate should submit an application to the Confederation by e-mail The application should include a brief biography of the applicant including their experience in Martial Arts; recent photograph; and, contact information. Whenever possible, the application should be accompanied by recommendations from respected members of the world community of Martial Arts. In addition, the applicant should consent to public representation and expressed use of their biographical information by the Confederation.
Once the Confederation acknowledges receipt of the application, within twenty days or consent to the election whichever occurs first; a decision will be rendered by the Confederation.
